These are 60 minute meditative experiences through sound.
The goal of sound baths is to draw the body to enter a parasympathetic nervous state to reset, reboot, recharge the body.
Instruments can be placed on top of the body and range from 432 hz to stimulate the different chakras and create entrainment and resonance.
