Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapy Residential Session

$160.00

Your pelvic floor is the foundation of your body. Like the base of a hammock, it supports your pelvic organs, contributes to healthy posture, breathing, balance, and core function, and plays an essential role in movement, continence, sexuality, and overall well-being.

Pelvic Floor Yoga goes beyond simply "strengthening" these muscles. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and therapeutic yoga practices, you'll learn to recognize when your pelvic floor needs more support, more mobility, or more relaxation. A healthy pelvic floor isn't just strong—it's responsive, adaptable, and able to both engage and release with ease.

This practice is designed to improve awareness, coordination, and resilience while supporting the whole body. It may benefit those experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, low back or hip discomfort, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, menopausal changes, or chronic stress and tension.

Every pelvis has its own history, and every body deserves a compassionate, individualized approach. Whether your goal is healing, prevention, or simply feeling more connected to yourself, Pelvic Floor Yoga offers a safe and supportive space to build a healthier relationship with the foundation of your body.
