Watsu (Water Shiatsu) is a form of aquatic bodywork and therapy performed in warm water where practitioner gently holds, cradles, stretches, and moves a person while they float. The name comes from “Water +Shiatsu” because it combines the principles of Japanese shiatsu massage with the supportive environment of water.
What to expect:
-practitioner supports your head and body with floats
-you are slowly moved through rhythmic stretches, gentle rotations, and massage points.
-your body floats while being rocked and guided through the water.
Benefits:
-deep nervous system relaxation
-muscle tension and chronic pain
-joint mobility and flexibility
-emotional release and trauma healing
-improved circulation and lymphatic flow
Session is 60 minutes and cost $185 this includes mobile fee. We suggest to have your pool heated at 95 degrees Fahrenheit. No additional persons could be added to this service, but could be added after as a second session with a 15 minute interval (example: Mary’s private session 3pm, and her husband’s session at 4:15)
