Yin Yoga comes from Traditional Chinese Medicine understanding of the body. The practice invites you to slow down and soften into long-held postures supported by props and breath awareness. Each pose targets the connective tissues, fascia, and energetic meridians to enhance flexibility and circulation while calming the mind. This gentle, introspective class is ideal for stress relief, emotional release.
